Contemporary Dance Training
Contemporary dance training forges the 21st-century artist through a sophisticated synthesis of technique and somatic intelligence. We move beyond mere imitation, integrating the foundational principles of modern dance—the power of Graham, the fluidity of Limón—with an internal, sensory awareness. This holistic approach cultivates not just a powerful and articulate body, but a thinking, creative, and resilient artist, equipped with the expressive tools and physical wisdom for a long and impactful career.

Training Model
Our classes are never confined to the studio, nor are they bound by traditional performance formats. Our curriculum consists of three phases.
The first phase is a foundational technical course, focusing on introspection, breaking free from limitations, and learning methods to master the fundamental physical principles of modern dance.
The second phase involves moving beyond the classroom, dancing in natural settings or in more open and complex areas, allowing us to perceive the relationship between the body and the environment, and the interaction between breath and air.
The final phase returns to the stage, breaking free from the constraints of traditional body movements and exploring new possibilities. Based on our understanding of ourselves, we guide students to create their own unique dance language.
